Our goal at enCompassing Visions is to offer our clients hands-on, customized training and service. This menu is by no means a complete list of the services that we are able to offer our clients, but it does outline some of the common areas where we provide support and consultation. Services Offered
- On-site implementation. This is usually conducted shortly after the software is purchased and installed. This can include, but is not limited to:
- Customized software training for HR staff/system administrators (conducted at the client’s office)
- Customized software training for managers (conducted at the client’s office)
- Customized software training for non-HR employees (conducted at the client’s office)
- Product demonstrations for staff/management groups
- Facilitation of job re-evaluation. It is assumed that this re-evaluation would be due to major changes in organizational structure, or to conduct regular re-evaluation after the system has been in use for some time.
- Human Resources consulting related to functions of the software (i.e., performance management, compensation, constructive feedback, goal-setting, succession planning, etc)
- Service in the form of data input such as technical skills inventory, interview questions, etc.
- We are able to provide off-site computer training facilities for customized training, the cost of which will be charged to the client.

The above costs do not include travel expenses, which will be charged (at cost) to the client.
