Our unique Job Questionnaire© has a comprehensive set of questions. This makes enCV capable of evaluating all jobs at all levels, regardless of how unusual the job might be.

3. How will enCompassing Visions support our training and development program?

Every time an employee's performance is reviewed using enCV, the system identifies opportunities for improvement, allowing you to train employees in the areas that will be most effective. Tracking training effectiveness is easy because enCV shows you how the employee's performance has changed from one review to the next. The unique Employee Training Log function allows you to easily track training for each employee, as well as the resources used. Current employee qualifications can be mapped against more senior positions, identifying mentoring opportunities and succession planning.

4. We would like to use 360° performance reviews. Does enCompassing Visions support that?

enCV allows you to conduct both single-source reviews as well as multiple-source reviews.

5. Does the system run on your server, or do we install it on ours?

enCV is installed on your organization's server so that your data is secure. If our staff needs to access the system for any reason, it would be done within your security parameters.

6. Our performance reviews are based on behaviours and goals. Can enCompassing Visions help us do both?

The performance module of enCV conducts employee reviews based on behaviour as well as work objectives and professional development objectives. You can also tie employee's work objectives to the corporate strategic plan within the system.

7. Can we customize the system to fit our organization?

Absolutely! We know that every organization uses different terms to describe the areas of their business. That's why enCV can be completely customized to fit your organization's unique culture.

8.How do the enCompassing Visions modules work together?

enCV is purchased in two modules. The basis of the system is the Job Evaluation module. This is purchased based on the number of unique jobs in your organization. This module allows you to evaluate jobs, providing information for compensation, plus recruitment tools.

The other module is referred to as Performance Management. This is purchased based on the number of employees in your organization. With both modules in place, you can use enCV for performance management, training & development, succession planning, and mentor matching. The two modules are usually purchased at the same time in order to enjoy all the benefits that enCV offers.
