enCompassing Visions was proud to be a sponsor at the 2009 Top Employer Summit in Toronto on November 19 and 20. Spending time with top employers from across Canada was an energizing and enjoyable experience, not to mention the engagement provided by the variety of presenters we were privileged to see over the two days. The presentation topics ranged from discussions on diversity, work-life balance, pensions, as well as new ways to use technology – all areas of importance to contenders for the honour of being named a Top Employer.

Many conference attendees stopped by the enCompassing Visions to learn more about our software, as well as to enter to win a draw for a trip for two anywhere WestJet flies in North America. A definite highlight of the conference was the speech given by Mia Farrow, actress and activist, who spoke on the work she has done to bring attention to the situation in Darfur. The entire room was moved by her words and her photos – she is truly inspirational.
It wasn't all hard work - the enCV team enjoyed the social opportunities of the Summit too.
